초록

본 연구에서는 조직의 윤리풍토가 구성원의 사기에 미치는 주효과와 이러한 인과적 관계에 대한 윤리적 리더십과 구성원의 도덕적 정체성의 조절효과를 이론화하고 실증하였다. 해군 부사관 236명을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 윤리풍토는 구성원의 사기를 유의하게 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 윤리적 리더십과 구성원의 도덕적 정체성이 높을수록 윤리풍토와 사기 간의 긍정적인 관계는 더 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 논의하였다.
