Abstract
It is shown that the energy of nonequilibrium nonthermalized holes in a ZnS crystal with a cubic elementary cell does not depend on temperature, while the nature of the temperature dependence of the mobility of nonequilibrium nonthermalized holes in ZnS crystals depends on the average period of relaxation for scattering on impurity ions and neutral atoms, dislocations, and microdeformations.
