Abstract

The priorities of the Petroleum Geology Chair of the Geology Department of Moscow State University are to search for large and unique oil-and-gas fields in frontier regions and promising objects in proven areas, to develop difficult hydrocarbon resources, to solve geological problems of these fields in order to enhance oil recovery, and to train highly qualified personnel.
