Abstract
The effect of chloride thermal treatment on the electrophysical and morphological properties of CdTe films of different compositions grown by the method of chemical molecular beam deposition was studied. The measurements conducted by Hall’s method and using the scanning electron microscope demonstrated that after thermal treatment in a CdCl2 solution, the specific resistance of the CdTe film decreased from 109 to 106Ω cm; however, the grain size of the film remained intact and the uniform covering of the surface was observed.
