تحلیل ظرفیت نهادی توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان اصفهان

چکیده

امروزه توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان با ایجاد فرصت برای تولید، انتشار و استفاده از دانش شهروندان، به‌عنوان نگرشی برای توسعه پایدار شهرها مطرح‌شده است و سیاست‌گذاری آن باید مبتنى بر ظرفیت نهادی محلی برای تغییرات نهادیِ کارا باشد. لذا این پژوهش در پی شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر ظرفیت نهادی توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان اصفهان است و با هدف اکتشافی- تبیینی، با استفاده از روش تحقیق پیمایشی و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی انجام‌شده است. رویکرد روش‌شناختی پژوهش نیز از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها، کمّی و ابزار اصلی برای گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که هشت عامل مؤثر بر ظرفیت نهادی توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان اصفهان با مجموع واریانس 66.309 درصد، تبیین مناسبی از موضوع به دست‌ می‌دهند که مهم‌ترین عامل، محیط مشوق و حمایتگر تولید و استفاده از دانش است. از سویی، وضعیت ظرفیت نهادی توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان اصفهان با امتیاز 34.16 درمجموع، نامناسب است و در شرایط عدم اراده سیاسی کافی و بینش راهبردی عمیق برای تحقق  توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان اصفهان، کنشگران و به‌ویژه مدیران، به دلیل اعتماد کم به یکدیگر، تمایل اندکی برای همکاری دارند و ازاین‌رو نمی‌توانند محیطی مشوق و حامی تولید و استفاده از دانش، شامل زیرساخت‌های سخت (فضاهای شهری مناسب برای حضور و گفتگوی افراد) و زیرساخت‌های نرم (ارائه مشوق‌ها و ایجاد آسایش و امنیت شغلی) را فراهم سازند.
