The study explored the employment status, job satisfaction and quality of life for people with spinal cord injury. A total of 272 spinal cord injury individuals were recruited to participant the study. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way-ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study were as follows: 1. Job satisfaction scale in this research was medium high. 2. Quality of life scale in this research was medium. 3. Married people with spinal cord injury has higher quality of life than unmarried; people with spinal cord injury has 1-2 special disease question has higher quality of life than has 3 above special disease questions. 4. Employed people with spinal cord injury has higher quality of life than unemployed. 5. Job satisfaction for people with spinal cord injury can predict their quality of life. This study concluded that marital status, special disease disturbances, employment status and job satisfaction for people with spinal cord injury had direct effect on quality of life. Authorities that may concerned can pay more attention to the state of the people with spinal cord injury, in order to improvement their whole quality of life.
