The research is aimed to identify the related factors which resulted in having turnover intention for life insurance agents. These factors typically consisted of three dimensions. The first dimension referred to personal factors. The second dimension was that of organizational factors. As for the third dimension of environmental factor. Study tool was that a questionnaire. The participants chosen to fill the questionnaire were the life insurance agents with the same service time selected from the 6 agency offices in Taichung, NanShan Life Insurance Co.Ltd. Taiwan. And the findings are as follow: It is payment satisfaction, organization commitment, incentive system, and awareness of boom that all having negative effect on turnover inclination; Among them, organizational commitment and turnover intention of the explanatory power of the strongest, environment factors and turnover in the explanatory power of the weakest.
