正鰹的外部形態與冷凍效果

Effects of Freezing on the Morphometric Characteristics of Skipjack Tuna

摘要


為了瞭解冷凍效果對魚體各部形態的影響,乃就冷凍效果進行實驗,並以實驗的結果做為爾後形態測定研究的參考。並將實驗的結果摘錄如下: 1.在各種不同狀況下,測量體長F.L.及六個部位的形態測定値(H.L.,S.P.,S.I.,S.II.,S.V.,&S.A.)以比較冷凍效果的影響。 2.冷凍效果所引起的差異,以鮮魚和冷凍魚之間最大,解凍魚和鮮魚之間則幾乎無影響可言。 3.冷凍效果所引起各部位形質的脹縮,和各該形質的大小成正相關關係。 4.魚體大小的不同,因冷凍效果所引起的差異也不一致。 5.就形質而言,以S.V.受冷凍效果的影響最小,而以S.II.最大,但就整個魚體而言,影響都不算大。 6.因冷凍效果所引起的差異,就各形質的平均値做測驗的結果,均未達顯著水準。 7.冷凍效果對形質雖有影響,但影響並不大,在做形態測定値的分析時,似無加以修正的必要。

In order to eliminate the possible differences among the specimens measured under different conditions, viz., fresh, frozen and thawed, a series of experiments on the effect of freezing on the morphometric characteristics of skipjack tuna were carried out. Measurements on the fork length (F.L.) and six other morphometric characters, i.e., head length (H.L.), snout to the insertion of the pectoral fin (S.P.), snout to the insertion of the first dorsal fin (S.Ⅰ.), snout to the insertion of the second dorsal fin (S.Ⅱ.), snout to the insertion of the ventral fin (S.Ⅴ.) and snout to the insertion of the anal fin (S.A.), were made under the three different conditions. The results of statistical tests reveal that (1) the character S.Ⅱ.shows the greatest differnce caused by the effect of freezing and the character S.Ⅴ. shows the smallest; (2) there is no significant difference among the three different conditions for individual character; and (3) in case of morphometric study, therefore, consideration on the effect of freezing could be neglegible.
