摘要


本文設計與實現一個22 kW級高功率直流無刷馬達的驅動系統測試平台,以做爲新一代油電混合車中電力驅動子系統的功能測試臺。本文中首先說明22 kW級高功率直流無刷馬達的規格與驅動系統架構,其次說明此22 kW直流無刷馬達之類比式開迴路與閉迴路轉速控制器實現方法。本文最後實現一個22 kW級高功率直流無刷馬達的驅動系統測試平台雛型,並以實測結果驗證其功能。

This paper designs and implements a 22 kW class brushless DC (BLDC) motor driving system test bed for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) applications. First, the specifications and the driving system architecture of the BLDC motor are introduced. Then, a 22 kW BLDC motor driving system with an analog open-loop and closed-loop speed control system is described. Accordingly, a hardware prototype is built. Finally, experimental results verify the functions of the 22 kW BLDC motor driving system test bed.
