Major Factors Impacting the Operational Efficiency of Scientific Working Groups

Abstract
The operational efficiency of scientific working groups is considered an important determinant for the success of scientific and technological activities and training of any educational institution. This study determines the major factors impacting the operational efficiency of scientific working groups. Survey results of 126 scientists of the scientific working groups show that: research teammates, research orientation and cooperation, supporting policies of educational institutions are the major factors impacting operational efficiency of scientific working groups. Based on the research results, we have proposed several solutions to improve effectiveness of science and technology activities and training of scientific working groups.
