연구목적 이 연구는 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준과 훈련동기분위기 및 팀 분위기의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 선정된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 21.0과 Amos 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 도출된 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준과 훈련동기는 부분적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준과 훈련 동기 분위기는 부분적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중학교 축구선수의 훈련 동기 분위기와 팀 분위기는 부분적으로 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 연구결과를 통해 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between the goal-setting level, training motivation, and team atmosphere of middle school soccer players. Methods The selected data was SPSS Ver. Research results were derived by conducting frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis using the 21.0 and Amos 21.0 programs. Result First, there appeared to be a partial relationship between the goal-setting level and training motivation of middle school soccer players. Second, there appeared to be a partial relationship between the goal-setting level and training motivation atmosphere of middle school soccer players. Third, it was found that there was a partial relationship between the training motivation atmosphere of middle school soccer players and the team atmosphere. Conclusion These research results will be able to provide basic data to improve the goal setting level of middle school soccer players.
