발달장애인용 직업흥미검사 웹 기반 시스템 개발

Development of web based system for vocational interest test for people with developmental disabilities

이 연구는 발달장애인을 위한 직업흥미검사를 웹 기반 시스템으로 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 개발 방법으로 먼저 직업흥미검사에 대한 문항개발, 예비조사 및 본조사, 규준개발 등을 거쳐 도구를 완성하였고, 그 다음 웹 표준화 원리들을 준수하여 검사에 대한 웹 기반 시스템을 개발하였다. 시스템 개발은 계획, 설계, 구현의 단계를 거쳤다. 개발 결과, 웹 기반 시스템은 검사 소개, 검사 실시, 검사 결과, 자료실, 게시판, 관리자의 총 6개 메뉴로 구성하였다. 웹 기반 시스템에서는 학생용 종합형, 간편형, 교사부모용 A형, B형의 4가지 검사 유형을 피검사자의 특성에 따라 웹에서 실시하고 피검사자의 직업 흥미에 대한 결과를 산출하고 해석할 수 있도록 하였다. 학생용 종합형 검사 결과 보고서의 경우에는 피검사자의 일반정보, 그림 이해도 및 일관성 점수, 직군 및 직종, 포장⋅운반⋅정리의 원점수와 환산 점수, 교육과정 등과의 관련성이 제시될 수 있도록 하였다. 이 연구는 발달장애인을 위한 웹 기반 시스템으로 구축함으로써 검사 실시 및 채점에 대한 편의성과 접근성을 향상시키고, 직업에 대한 개인의 흥미 정보제공을 가능하게 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based system of the vocational interest test for people with developmental disabilities. At first, the vocational interest test for people with developmental disabilities was developed through validation on test items and psychometric adequacy of the test. Then the web-based system ensures compatibility and consistency with existing web sites and adheres to the principles of web standardization. The system was developed planning, design, and implementation process. As a result, the system consists of six menus: introduction, administration, results, archive, bulletin board, and administrator of the test. In the system, the four types of tests such as student comprehensive and short types, teacher parent A and B types can be conducted on the web according to the characteristics of the students, and the results of the vocational interest of the student can be calculated and interpreted. In the case of the student comprehensive test result reports the general information, the comprehension and consistency scores, the raw scores and the conversion scores of the occupational groups and occupations. In the system, a database of occupation groups, occupations, curriculum, and job interests was developed to be connected student’s test results. Based on the results of the vocational interest test, students, teachers, and parents consult with them to prepare a career plan or reflect them in the development of individualized (transition) education plans, designing careers in conjunction with careers and vocational education.
