A case of adenoid type of basal cell carcinoma on the right cheek of 63-year-old man, was reported, and electron microscopic observation was performed on the lesion. On the lesion of adenoid type of basal cell carcinoma, the parenchymal cells revealed as same findings as on the lesion of solid type of basal cell carcinoma. As for the mesenchymal tissue surrounded by parenchymal cells the secretion from the parenchymal cells was not observed and mesenchymal tissue was degenerated.
