This article is a study to confirm how trust as a social capital affects the activities of volunteers for community development. According to the analysis results, first, interpersonal trust and public trust positively influence the satisfaction of volunteer activities. Second, interpersonal trust and public trust are both positively affecting the continuity of volunteer activities. These research results have the following policy implications. First, the trust of local governments and public institutions in the public service delivery system is very important for community development. By improving the trust in the public sector, residents can promote volunteer activities in the region and at the same time, continuous activities are carried out for positive close connection for the community.
