예비체육교사의 임용시험 준비 경험 연구

A Study on the preparation experience of appointment exam for the preliminary PE teachers

이 연구는 중등 예비체육교사의 임용시험 준비 경험을 ‘실천’과 ‘의미’란 관점에서 규명하고자 시도하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 임용시험에 합격한 2년 미만의 체육교사 5명 중 남교사 3명, 여교사 2명을 유목적 표집법에 의해 선정하였 다. 자료 수집은 심층 면담, 개인기록, 합격수기, 수험일기 등을 이용하였다. 자료 분석은 주제별 요약화 분석과 귀납적 범주 분석, 삼각검증의 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 예비체육교사들의 임용시험 준비 경험은 실천의 관점에서 ‘착수’, ‘실행’으로 대 범주화하였다. ‘착수’에는 ‘마음 정하기’, ‘계획 세우기’의 소범주로 ‘실행’의 범주에는 ‘단권화 작업’, ‘스터디 구성’, ‘2차 준비’, ‘슬럼프’로 소범주화 하였다. ‘의미’의 관점에서는 임용시험의 한계를 ‘공(空)-시험을 위한 시험’으로 대범주화하여, ‘시나공’, ‘모범 답안화 학습’, ‘회피적 지역 선택’ 등의 소범주로 구체화하였다. 또한 임용시험이 지닌 교육적 의미를 ‘우공이산(愚公移山)’으로 대범주화하여, ‘원그리기’, ‘수오재기’, ‘소명의식의 발현’의 범주로 구체화하였다.

The study attempted to identify the preparation experience of appointment examination for prospective physical education teachers in terms of practice and meaning . Among the 5 teachers, 3 male teachers, 2 female teachers were selected by the purposeful sampling method, who were hired for less than two years. The data collection was conducted by including in-depth interviews, question answer record, exam passing record, and diary entries. Data analysis used the topical summarization analysis, inductive category analysis, and methods of triangular verification. As a result of the study, pre-service teachers experiences of preparation for appointment exam were categorized into launch and execution in terms of practice. In launching , it was divided into subcategories of setting mind and planning , the categories of execution were subdivided into summary book , study group organizationn , second test preparation , and slump . From the point of view of meaning , the limit of the appointment exam is categorized as the empty-Test for examination , and it is classified into sub categories such as sinagong , learning for test , and choosing avoiding area . In addition, the educational significance of the examination was categorized into woogongysan , and it was categorized into the categories of drawing circles , suojagi , and expression of vocation consciousness .
