اثربخشی درمان کوتاه مدت راه حل محور بر کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی کودکان و نوجوانان دارای لکنت زبان

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان کوتاه مدت راه حل محور بر کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی کودکان و نوجوانان دارای لکنت زبان بود.
روش: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و طرح آن پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری تمامی کودکان و نوجوانان 8 تا 18 ساله دارای لکنت زبان مراجعه کننده به مراکز گفتار درمانی شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 95-96 بودند. نمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 32 نفر از کودکان و نوجوانانی دارای لکنت زبان که از نظر اضطراب اجتماعی در مرز بالینی قرار داشتند، یعنی نمره آنها از این تست بالاتر از 55 بود، به شیوه نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی لایبوویتز برای کودکان و نوجوانان (2003) در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون استفاده شد. محتوای جلسات طبق نظریه راه حل محور دی شازر تهیه شد. داده­ها با روش­های آماری توصیفی و تحلیل واریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس حاکی از آن بود که میانگین نمرات اضطراب اجتماعی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری پیدا کرده است. بنابراین، درمان کوتاه مدت راه حل محور در کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی کودکان و نوجوانان دارای لکنت زبان موثر بوده است.
