چکیده

 بر اساس چشم‌انداز جهانی آموزش عالی، دستیابی به فناوری، توسعه اقتصادی و رفاه جوامع درگرو تحول نظام آموزش عالی و تبدیل دانشگاه‌ها به دانشگاه نوآور و کارآفرین است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی پیشران‌های راهبردی مؤثر بر آینده دانشگاه کارآفرین و طراحی سناریو‌های آن، با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و با استفاده از روش ترکیبی در دو بخش کمّی و کیفی انجام شده است. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، ابتدا به مرور گسترده ادبیات نظری و بررسی پژوهش‌های موفق در حوزه دانشگاه کارآفرین و آینده‌پژوهی پرداخته شد، سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی در دو دور، عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر آینده دانشگاه کارآفرین شناسایی و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این بخش 51 عامل شناسایی و در 16 مقوله دسته‌بندی شدند. اعضای پنل دلفی فازی در این پژوهش تعداد 21 نفر از خبرگان در حوزه مدیریت، کارآفرینی و آینده‌پژوهی آموزش عالی بوده‌اند که با استفاده از روش‌های نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از یک جعبه ابزار آینده‌نگاری شامل نظر خبرگان از‌طریق دلفی فازی، تحلیل روندها در حوزه دانشگاه کارآفرین، تحلیل تأثیر متقابل و سناریو‌پردازی استفاده شده است. مفاهیم استخراجی از روش دلفی فازی به روش تحلیل تأثیر متقابل و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت، برهم‌کنش این عوامل بر یکدیگر سنجیده شد و پیشران‌های راهبردی شناسایی شدند. چهار متغیر سیاست‌های راهبردی دولت، توسعه نوآوری باز، الگوی حکم‌رانی بازارمحور، تأکید بر توسعه پایدار به‌عنوان پیشران‌های راهبردی مشخص شدند. لذا اساس کار سناریو‌نویسی بر این چهار متغیر گذاشته شد. سپس با روش سناریو‌نویسی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سناریو‌ ویزارد و ارائه سه سناریو‌ برای هر یک از متغیرها، چهار سناریو‌ با سازگاری قوی به‌عنوان سناریو‌های آینده دانشگاه کارآفرین معرفی گردید

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of the research was to identify the strategic drivers affecting on the future of the entrepreneurial university and design its scenarios using the futures study approach using combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In order to collect information, first review of the theoretical literature was done, then using Fuzzy Delphi method in two rounds, key factors affecting the future of entrepreneurial university were identified. In this section, 51 factors were identified, which were classified into16 categories. The members of Fuzzy Delphi panel in this study were experts in the field of management, entrepreneurship and futures studies of higher education who were selected using judgmental sampling and snowball sampling methods. In order to analyze the data, a futures study toolbox including Fuzzy Delphi, trend analysis, cross impact analysis and scenario planning has been used. The concepts extracted from the Fuzzy Delphi method were analyzed by the interaction analysis method. The four drivers of government strategic policies, development of open innovation, market-oriented governance model, emphasis on sustainable development were identified as strategic variables. Then, using the scenario writing method were analyzed and three scenarios for each of the variables, four scenarios with strong compatibility were presented as the future scenarios of the entrepreneur university.
