ارتباط باورهای مذهبی و تعهد سازمانی در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی یزد

چکیده
مقدمه: تعهد سازمانی به معنی پذیرش ارزشهای سازمان و تلاش برای عملیاتینمودن آنهاست. متغیرهای بسیاری میتوانند بر تعهد سازمانی کارکنان اثر بگذارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین باورهای مذهبی و تعهد سازمانی پرستاران شاغل بیمارستانهای آموزشی یزد بوده است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر، یک پژوهشی مقطعی است که در سال 1392 بر روی 241 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهید صدوقی و شهید رهنمون یزد انجام شده است. دادههای پژوهش توسط 2 پرسشنامه باورهای مذهبی گلریز براهنی (1353 ش.) و تعهد سازمانی مایر و آلن (2004 م.) جمعآوری شد. دادههای جمعآوریشده توسط نرمافزار آماری SPSS 19 و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون T مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین امتیاز باورهای مذهبی گروه مورد مطالعه 10/55±79/20 بود. همچنین 97/5 درصد از آنها از نظر سطح باورهای مذهبی، امتیاز خوب و عالی کسب کردند. میانگین امتیاز تعهد سازمانی و 3 بعد آن شامل تعهد عاطفی، تعهد مستمر و تعهد هنجاری به ترتیب 12/11±46/32، 5/07±17/88، 6/02±12/73 و 4/39±16/13 به دست آمد. باورهای مذهبی دارای رابطه معنادار مثبت با تعهد سازمانی (0/00=P) و هر 3 بعد آن، شامل تعهد عاطفی (0/05=P)، تعهد مستمر (0/02=P) و تعهد هنجاری (0/001=P) بود.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، بیمارستانها میتوانند با ایجاد فضای معنوی جهت توسعه و تعمیق باورهای مذهبی، تعهد سازمانی کارکنان خود را بهبود بخشند.
