بررسی رابطه‌ متقابل نابرابری درآمد روستایی و رشد بخش کشاورزی درایران: رهیافت خودرگرسیون برداری داده‌های پانلی (Panel-VAR)

چکیده

یکی از موارد مهم و ضروری در زمینه رشد اقتصادی توجه به مسئله توزیع درآمد می‌باشد. توزیع درآمد و رشد اقتصادی دو شاخص مهم در بررسی عملکرد اقتصادی هستند و به همین جهت از نظر سیاستگذاران بسیار مهم می‌باشند. هر کشوری می‌تواند با بهبود مسئله تولید، توزیع و تخصیص  درآمد سطح رفاه جامعه خود را افزایش دهد. رشد بخش کشاورزی در جهت دستیابی به توسعه اقتصادی مهم بوده و می‌تواند باعث تسریع در رشد اقتصادی شود. کشاورزان و شاغلان در روستاها در تأمین امنیت غذایی کشور نقش مهمی دارند و بیشتر درآمد خود را از طریق فعالیت‌های کشاورزی به‌دست می‌آورند. بنابراین ضروری است که رابطه بین توزیع درآمد و رشد بخش کشاورزی مورد توجه و ارزیابی قرار گیرد. هدف این بررسی، ارزیابی ارتباط متقابل بین توزیع درآمد روستایی و رشد اقتصادی بخش کشاورزی است که از رهیافت خودرگرسیون برداری داده‌های ترکیبی (پانل) استفاده شده است  داده‌های مورد استفاده دوره (سری)های زمانی شامل تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه، ارزش افزوده سرانه بخش کشاورزی، ضریب جینی، آموزش عالی و شمار دانشجویان رشته کشاورزی برای استان‌ها می‌باشد. این داده‌ها برای سال‌های 1380-95 از مرکز آمار ایران و بانک مرکزی ایران گرد‌آوری شده‌اند. نتایج آزمون ریشه واحد نشان داد که همه‌ی متغیرها در سطح مانا هستند. بنابر نتایج به‌دست آمده از برآورد الگوی پانل، ضریب جینی با تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه و ارزش افزوده سرانه بخش کشاورزی رابطه مثبت دارد. نتایج به‌دست آمده از الگوی Panel-VAR نیز نشان‌دهنده رابطه علّی یک سویه از تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه و ارزش افزوده سرانه بخش کشاورزی به ضریب جینی می‌باشد. در نتیجه با افزایش رشد اقتصادی، توزیع درآمد نابرابرتر خواهد شد.
