신체활동 측정기반 좌식행동 검사도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 증거 : 체계적 문헌분석

A Systematic Review of Validity and Reliability Evidences of Sedentary Behavior Measures

지난 수년간 좌식행동이 독립적 또는 종속적으로 건강에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 주제로 지속적인 연구가 진행되어왔음에도 불구하고 좌식행동을 측정하기 위한 단위나 검사도구가 표준화되지 않고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 체계적문헌분석을 통해 좌식행동의 정의와 측정단위뿐만 아니라 검사도구를 소개하고 타당도와 신뢰도 증거를 종합 정리하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에는 총 2차에 좌식행동 검사도구의 타당도나 신뢰도 검증, 사례수, 생애주기별 연령대, 주관적 또는 객관적 검사도구, 적절한 통계방법을 고려하여 최종적으로 78편의 논문이 선정되었다. 연구내용에는 그동안연구에서 이용되어온 좌식행동의 주관적 또는 객관적 검사도구를 준거검사와 현장검사로 나누어 각 검사의 장단점과함께 타당도와 신뢰도 증거를 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study was to conduct a systematic review of validity and reliability evidences ofsedentary behavior measures. A total of 78 academic articles related to sedentary behavior measures wereselected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria based on sample size, target populations, objectiveand subjective measures, statistics, etc. In this article, it was including 1) a definition and standardizedmeasure units of sedentary behavior, 2) introduction of subjective and objective sedentary behavior measurersbased on physical activity measures, 3) evidences of validity and reliability of sedentary measures.
