This closeout report documents outcomes from the 2019 US-EU Transport Task Force workshop, which was partially supported by this award. This workshop was held March 18-21, 2019, at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center on the University of Texas, Austin Campus. There were 118 attendees at this meeting (22 of whom were students), drawn in roughly equal measure from national laboratories, universities, and private industry.
