본 연구는 커피전문점 서비스 종사원의 서비스 수행 시 셀프리더십은 직무만족과 직무성과에 매우 중요한 요소라 여겨지며, 커피업체의 효율적인 목표 달성을 위해 셀프리더십이 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 종사원의 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 확인함으로써 인적서비스 의존도가 높은 커피 전문점의 경영에 효율적인 방안을 제시하고자 커피전문점 서비스 종사원을 대상으로 진행한 연구결과는 셀프리더십(행위 중심적 전략, 자연 보상적 전략, 건설적 사고전략)은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 커피전문점 서비스종사원의 셀프리더십은 직무만족, 직무성과와 같은 심리적인 지표에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 규명하였다. 따라서 커피전문점의 지속적인 발전과 경쟁우위를 위해서는 인적자원관리 차원에서 제도마련과 교육 및 훈련 등 전략적으로 접근하여 활용할 필요가 있으며, 우수사원 시상제도 및 휴가제도, 전문가를 통한 교육기회 제공 등은 큰 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

When coffee shop service workers provide services, self-leadership is regarded to be one of the most crucial factors associated with job satisfaction and job performance. This study aims to examine the effects of self-leadership on job satisfaction and job performance in attaining corporate goals efficiently. This author will investigate the effects of it on the workers’ job satisfaction and job performance and suggest ways to manage coffee shops showing high manpower dependency efficiently. According to the results of this research targeting coffee shop service workers, self-leadership (behavior-oriented strategies, natural compensation strategies, and constructive thinking strategies) influences job satisfaction and job performance significantly. Based on the results, this researcher has proven that in enhancing the efficiency of managing coffee shops indicating high manpower dependency, individual attitudes associated with the duties and efficiency of the service employees, organizational members, are influenced significantly, and psychological indexes such as job satisfaction and job performance are influenced, too. Therefore, this author suggests strategic implications to develop organizations sustainably and improve the efficiency of management.
