Abstract:
Development and introduction of electronic virtual components with the means of automated control and evaluation into the learning processes is currently an urgent task related to the need to implement training at large enterprises, including training and retraining of personnel and specialists. This process requires shortening of terms and improving the quality of training. Unlike traditional electronic courses, virtual systems allow you to fully "immerse yourself" in training, close to reality. The successes of computer technologies have activated the rapid development of virtual simulators, have allowed the development of entire virtual laboratories and industrial worlds. However, the task of assessing the actions of the trainees forming the necessary recommendations for the trainee in virtual systems is currently not fully resolved. Consider some virtual components: a virtual computer simulator and virtual industrial worlds. A review of existing developments and approaches to the design of simulators was considered. The main difference between the proposed model is the use of the new author's method of analyzing the student's actions, which is characterized by the use of the author's simulator model on the basis of the automaton approach and patterns of ineffective actions, which allows to automatically evaluate the learner's actions. Review and analysis of modern tools for designing and developing virtual worlds are presented. A distinctive feature of the developed system is the evaluation of the student's actions. The formation of the necessary recommendations for the learner (designer) with the help of recommendatory (expert) systems will improve the quality of work and shorten the terms of their implementation. The recommendation is aimed at the student in order to improve the efficiency of its activities when working with real equipment. Efficiency improvement is achieved through the formation of competencies aimed at the following tasks: reducing the probability of equipment failure due to incorrect actions of the trainee; optimization of the sequence of actions when performing a work task in order to reduce the time spent; the removal of uncertainty when planning the sequence of actions for the execution of working tasks; reduction of the discrepancy between expected and actual behavior of the plant (prediction of work equipment). The article deals with the development of virtual components of an intelligent complex system for the automation of design and training of complex technical objects: a virtual computer simulator, virtual industrial worlds and a subsystem for analyzing the activities of trainees and formulating recommendations.
