Under the business and market-oriented mode of seeking efficiency in the past century, the management mode of global colleges and universities has changed greatly correspondingly. So, how to actively promote the development of higher education is worth pondering. This paper mainly focuses on the marine colleges and universities, analyzes the knowledge interpretation of the transformation of their education management mode. First, it points out the necessity of implementing the transformation of education management mode in marine colleges and universities. Combined with the causes of the transformation of education management mode in various colleges and universities and the problems in it, it analyzes the knowledge interpretation of the transformation in depth, which is used to accelerate the cultivation of marine talents and actively integrate marine education resources.
