Processing

charred Phellodendron bark : 1. Parch the phellodendron bark thread over a strong fire in a kiln until the outside become scorched black and the inside are brown with keeping medicinal property. 2. When it flames up, sprinkle some cold water to quench the flame. 3. Take it out and dry in the cool place. , processed Phellodendron bark with brine : Mingle the phellodendron bark with brine to permeate and parch slightly over a low fire or dry in the shade.Phellodendri Cortex 100kg : salt 2kg , Phellodendri Cortex (parched with honey) : 1. Dip the drug in honey water during a half day and bring out. 2. Dry it in the sun and spread honey again on it. 3. Heat it until the honey infiltrates through. , processed Phellodendron bark with liquor : Mingle the sliced phellodendron bark with brewed liquor thoroughly for 1-2 hours and parch it slightly over a low fire.sliced Phellodendri Cortex 100kg : brewed liquor 10kg

Contraindication

Unless the person has exuberance of fire or has strong stomach Gi, it is prohibited to take.
