초록

NO는 대식세포의 면역조절에서 중요한 역할을 하며 iNOS의 과발현시 NO가 다량으로 발생을하며 결과적으로 NO의 증가는 다양한 염증성 질환을 유발한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 식용 및 약용버섯인 상황, 차가, 능이, 노루궁뎅이 그리고 청버섯을 이용하여 RAW264.7 세포에 LPS로 유도 된NO의 생성에 억제 활성을 통한 항염증 효능 및그 기작을 분석하였다. 5종의 버섯 중 노루궁뎅이버섯 열수 추출물의 NO 저해 활성이 가장 우수함을 확인하였다. 노루궁뎅이버섯 열수 추출물은또한 LPS로 유도된 iNOS, COX-2 등 염증유발 인자의 발현량을 감소시켰다. 이러한 결과는 버섯류의 생리활성을 구체적으로 제시한 것으로, 버섯류를 이용한 생리 기능성 바이오 소재 개발 및조리연구를 위한 기초자료로 널리 활용되리라 사료된다.
