This paper aims to clarify some problems brought on consumer by behavior of firm with information network system in society.Information of large quantity and high quality, especially prompt and correct information in other words, influences results of firm.So, firms strive to gain useful information through new media from many directions and to offer information favorable to firms for consumers in order to excute their business succesfully.As the effect of such behavior of firm consumers are induced to a direction given by information from the firm, and firms waste social resources by needless advertisement or expenses in this process.This comes from behaviors of the firm always expected larger profit, and consumers have not means to oppose them.On these problems we must examine from not economical but social point of view for helthy development of society in futur.
