Abstract: Objective To analyze the influence of intensive nursing on the mental state and compliance of stroke patients. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 200 stroke patients admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups: control group（100 cases） and experimental group（100 cases） based on the order of admission. Routine nursing and intensive nursing intervention. The psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention and the compliance score during the treatment were counted. Results Before the intervention, the mental status scores of the two groups were not significantly different, P＞0.05; after the nursing intervention, the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and the selfrating depression scale（SDS） of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, P＜0.05. In addition, the compliance scores of patients in the experimental group on medication, diet, exercise and follow-up visits during treatment were also significantly higher than those in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of stroke patients, compared with the conventional nursing model, the intensive nursing model can more effectively alleviate the patient’s negative emotions and improve the quality of life of the patients, so it is more conducive to the improvement and recovery of the patient’s condition.
