A letter sent by Libanius of Antioch (1286 Förster) to his friend and correspondent Acacius proves that the addressee is the author of the short δραμάτιον on the gout, Ocypus, handed down within the corpus of Lucian of Samosata. This letter also allows to corroborate an emendation advanced by Enrico Magnelli at v. 74 in his recent edition of the text.
