EXPLORATION OF HOW TO IMPROVE THE CLINICAL THINKING ABILITY OF STANDARDISED TRAINEES THROUGH THE DISCUSSION OF INTRACTABLE CLINICAL CASES

Objective: Clinical thinking ability is the ability of doctors to put forward diagnosis and treatment plans. This ability is more important than the diagnosis and treatment methods themselves.

Methods: The key to the training of qualified clinicians is to improve their clinical thinking ability. Difficult clinical cases are common in hospitals at all levels. The discussion of difficult cases is the main method used to solve difficult clinical cases, and it can greatly improve the interest of doctors in clinical medicine.

Conclusion: The author believes that it is reasonable to guide this interest and to guide doctors in training to correctly obtain accurate and comprehensive case information, exercise the ability to find the characteristics of cases, and cultivate a targeted literature review. Actively participating in the discussion of difficult cases and correctly improving the habit of discussing the records of difficult cases can effectively promote the training of clinical thinking ability in doctors.
