델파이 조사를 통한 지적 및 발달장애학생의 생태학적 교육과정 내용체계 타당성 연구

연구목적: 본 연구는 지적 및 발달장애학생이 현재와 앞으로 살아가야 할 미래 환경에서 독립적으로 생활하는 데 꼭 필요한 기능적 생활기술을 체계화한 생태학적 교육과정 내용체계를 개발하여 그 타당성을 검증하는 데 목적을 두고 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구방법: 생태학적 교육과정 관련 문헌 및 선행연구 분석 및 전문가 협의결과를 근거로 델파이 조사 도구를 개발하고, 특수교육 교육과정 연구 및 개발 관련 전문가 25명을 대상으로 생태학적 교육과정 내용체계 개발을 위한 델파이 조사를 두 차례에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 연구결과: 델파이 조사 절차를 통해 대영역 4개, 중영역 14개, 내용요소 67개, 활동기술 218개로 구성된 생태학적 교육과정 내용체계를 개발하였으며, 이러한 결과는 델파이 타당성 검증을 위한 판단 기준(평균, 표준편차, 긍정응답, CVR, 합의도)을 모두 충족하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과로서 제시되는 생태학적 교육과정 내용체계는 지적 및 발달장애학생에게 현재와 미래의 다양한 생태학적 환경에서 살아가는 데 필요한 독립생활 역량을 높이는 종합적인 생태학적 교육과정 개발의 핵심적인 내용체계로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통해 지적 및 발달 장애학생에게 독립적인 성인생활을 위한 연계적이고 지속적이며 체계적인 교육을 할 수 있을 것이며, 궁극적으로 특수교육의 효과를 질적으로 높이는 한 가지 효과적인 방안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to conduct a Delphi survey to develop and validate the contents structure of the ecological curriculum that can systemize functional living skills essential for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently in the current environment as well as in future environments. Method: The study conducted out a Delphi survey of 25 experts in these fields. Delphi survey tools were developed and conducted on the basis of the literature review and the results of prior research analysis related to the ecological curriculum as well as the responses of the experts. Results: Validated criteria(average, standard deviation, positive response, CVR, degree of consensus) for verifying the validity of the content structure of the ecological curriculum were met. And the ecological curriculum content structure was also validated by the Delphi survey process. The final ecological curriculum content structure comprised four ecological environmental areas and 14 sub-areas of ecological environmental areas, 67 content elements, and 218 activity skills. Conclusion: The ecological curriculum content structure can be fully used for developing an effective ecological curriculum that can provide students with intellectual and developmental disabilities with systematic instructions during their school years, through which students can enhance their capabilities for future independent lives in the ecological context and environments.
