Маркеры фиброза сосудистой стенки ММП-9 и TIMP-1 у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца в сочетании с сахарным диабетом 2го типа и без него

Аннотация

Распространенность ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) и сахарного диабета (СД) 2го типа в мире и в Российской Федерации постоянно увеличивается. В связи с этим продолжается изучение механизмов патогенеза обоих заболеваний для профилактики осложнений и смерти. СД 2го типа вносит ощутимый вклад в прогрессирование течения ИБС. Одним из общих патогенетических звеньев обоих заболеваний является развитие выраженного фиброза сосудистой стенки. В статье представлен анализ исследований, посвященных определению роли металлопротеиназы-9 (ММП-9) и тканевого ингибитора матриксных метал лопротеиназ (TIMP-1) в формировании фиброза сосудистой стенки.
