본 연구는 빈곤 아동의 행동문제에 영향을 미치는 양육자와 가족의 요인을 분석하고 지역사회 지지요인의 유의한 조절 여부를 분석하여 빈곤 아동의 발달과 행동문제를 예방할 수 있는 지역사회 지지요인을 규명하고자 2014년 한국아동패널 7차 데이터 자료 중 1620명의 어머니에 대한 조사자료를 활용하여 이루어졌다. 분석결과 빈곤어머니는 양육부담, 통제적 양육을 더 많이 하며 빈곤가족은 응집성과 유연성이 비빈곤가족보다 낮은 것으로, 사회적 지지를 더 많이 경험하는 것으로 나타났으며 빈곤아동은 비빈곤아동보다 내재화행동문제를 더 많이 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 어머니의 우울과 양육효능감이 빈곤아동의 내재화 행동문제에, 어머니의 양육스트레스와 온정적 양육, 빈곤가족의 유연성이 빈곤아동의 외현화 행동문제에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로, 사회적 지지와 지역기관 충분성, 지역사회 안전성은 양육자 요인이 빈곤아동의 내재화 행동문제에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로, 사회적 지지와 사회안전성 및 시설편리성은 양육자 요인이 빈곤아동의 외현화 행동문제에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors of caregiver and family affecting behavioral problems of poverty children and analyze the factors of community factors that can prevent development and behavior problems of poverty children. This study was conducted using data of 1,620 mothers among the 7th Korean child panel data. The results of the analysis showed that the poor mothers have more sharing of parenting and control, and the poor families have more cohesiveness and flexibility than those of non - poverty families and experienced more social support. Poor children were more likely to have internalized behavior problems than non - poverty children. Second, mothers' depression and parenting efficacy affected significantly internalizing behavior of poor children, mothers’ parenting stress, temperate parenting, and flexibility of poverty family affected significantly externalizing behavior of poor children. Finally, social support, community institutional sufficiency, and community safety control the effects of caregiver factors on the problem of internalizing behavior of poor children. Social support, social safety and facility convenience were found to control the effects of caregiver factors on externalizing behavior problems of poor children. Based on the results of this analysis, the discussion and suggestions were presented.
