Health Insurance Market is very competitive in recent days after covid’19. In order to retain and attract new policy holders, the insurer is expected to understand the specific requirements of the target market. The data set listed here will be of potential use to health insurance companies in understanding the service quality expectations of customers and design products accordingly. The dataset will answer the following questions: i) The geographical segmentation of demographic and socio-economic profile of the policy holders with specific reference to the state of TamilNadu. ii) What are the expectations of service quality of health insurance from the policy holders perspective? iii) What factors drive the health insurance policyholders to stay connected with the same service provder?
