Objective	Estimating the abundance of anchovies at the beginning of the fishing season. Studying the spatial-temporal distribution of anchovies. Studying the thermal and haline (salinity) conditions which can influence the distribution of this biomass. The entire cruise took place on the continental shelf between 43N and 46.40N of the French coast at 330 W.
