Abstract

Promising trends in development of research studies aimed at all-round utilization and advanced high-level processing of natural and man-induced mineral raw materials in the Russian Federation are substantiated with respect to short-term period of 2014–2020, including: improvement of physical and physical-chemical methods and methodology of predicted mineralogical-technological assessment for difficultly-treated and nonconventional, infrequently and under-utilized mineral raw materials; development of high-performance and energy-efficient technologies for ore-preparation and selective disintegration of finely disseminated ores of complex material composition; increasing measure of contrast in processing characteristics of minerals on the basis of physical-chemical and energy effects application; development of new environmentally-safe processes for all-round utilization of raw materials on the combined basis of processing as such and hydrometallurgy, as well as development of dry benefication technologies:
— sorption-extraction technologies for recovery of valuable components from product solutions in processing of uranium and multicomponent complex ores;
— environmentally-safe combination technologies for tank and heap leaching of gold-bearing ores with application of autoclave and bio-oxidation;
— combination technologies for all-round utilization of finely disseminated polymetallic and copper-nickel ores of complex material composition;
— combination technologies for all-round recovery of valuable components from naturally occuring mineralized and mine waters;
— technologies not needing water as dispersive medium, utilizing vibrational fluidization effect.
