본 연구는 국외에서 귀환한 위기입양인을 위한 사례관리 실천에서 초점을 두어야할 복지욕구와 쟁점들이 무엇인지 살펴보고, 이들을 지원하기 위해 필요한 통합서비스 환경을 분석하여 귀환 위기입양인을 더 잘 돕기 위한 실천내용을 제안하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 총 13명의 귀환 입양인 당사자, 입양 실무자, 사례관리 실무자를 대상으로 초점집단면접과 개별심층면접을 진행하였다. 면접내용을 분석한 결과는 첫째, 사례관리 실천 과정을 고려하여 초기단계 쟁점, 사정단계의 복지욕구, 서비스 계획 및 제공단계 쟁점, 종결단계의 쟁점으로 구성되었으며, 둘째, 통합서비스 환경 조성을 위한 분석 결과로 공공성 강화, 전문사례관리자 양성, 교육과 수퍼비전, 지역자원과의 협업강화로 제시될 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 귀환 위기입양인 지원을 위한 사례관리의 지향성과 실천의 환경적 여건들을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to propose the proper Case Management practice and comprehensive service environment for supporting the high-risk adoptees returning to South Korea. For this purpose, Focus Group Interviews and in-depth individual interviews were conducted on the high-risk adoptees, adoption service providers, and case management practitioners. Interview results were collected from the total of 13 research participants and the data results were categorized into 5 higher order factors under two themes. The first theme is related to issues of each stage of case management. The second theme is for the issues of conducting comprehensive service environment. Based on the findings, the directions for the Case Management service and the comprehensive service environment for supporting the high-risk adoptees returning to South Korea were suggested.
