본 연구는 진로단절여성의 다중역할 계획태도가 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 다중역할 계획태도와 진로탄력성 간의 관계에서 프로틴 진로태도와 직업교육훈련의 효과를 탐색하였다. 서울과 경기 지역 8개 직업교육훈련 기관 내 19과정에서 총 150∼420시간의 직업교육훈련 중인 진로단절여성을 대상으로 설문하였고, 회수된 설문지 333부를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 진로단절여성의 다중역할 계획태도, 프로틴 진로태도, 직업교육훈련은 진로탄력성의 하위요인들과 대부분 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 다중역할 계획태도는 진로탄력성의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 프로틴 진로태도는 다중역할 계획태도와 진로탄력성 간의 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 확인되었다. 직업교육훈련은 다중역할 계획태도와 진로탄력성의 간의 관계에서 조절효과가 검증되었다. 이를 기반으로 직업교육훈련에 참여하는 진로단절여성에게 다중역할 계획태도와 진로탄력성을 향상시키는 다양한 프로그램과 정책들에 대하여 제언하였다.

This study explored the effects of protean career attitude and vocational education and training on the relationship between multiple-role planning and career resilience in career-interrupted women. A total of 150 to 420 h spread over 19 courses, taken by career- interrupted women at 8 vocational education and training institutions in Seoul and the Gyeonggi Province, were surveyed, and 333 questionnaires were analyzed. The results of this study showed that attitudes toward multiple-role planning, protean career attitude, and vocational education and training of career-interrupted women showed a positive correlation with sub-factors of career resilience. Attitudes toward multiple-role planning had significant effects on all sub-factors of career resilience. Protean career attitude had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between attitudes toward multiple-role planning and career resilience. The moderating effect of vocational education and training on career resilience was verified. Based on this, various programs and policies that sought to improve attitudes toward multiple-role planning and career resilience were suggested to women who participated in vocational education and training courses.
