Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of industry, economy and science, the beneficiation-metallurgy process is needed for the future development of mining industry, and a large number of talents are urgently needed. Taking School of Minerals Processing & Bioengineering of Central South University as an example, this study combined with the dominant discipline of metallurgical engineering and referenced from the "54321" advanced graduate student education system of Central South University, to explore and practice of graduate student interdisciplinary mode of mining engineering and metallurgical engineering. It is used to cultivate a group of interdisciplinary talents, and to provide reference for the crosstraining of traditional engineering graduate students.
