Abstract: The development of the medical industry cannot be separated from the support of pharmaceutical education and teaching. The reform of pharmaceutical education and teaching based on the development needs of the pharmaceutical industry can be carried out by clarifying the responsibilities of various stakeholders in pharmaceutical colleges and universities, formulating professional curriculum standards, adjusting the teaching contents and methods of colleges and universities, optimizing the practice teaching links, and organizing colleges and universities to deepen employment guidance services, to provide reference for improving the comprehensive level of teaching work in pharmaceutical colleges and universities, and effectively improve the quality of pharmaceutical personnel training.
