Abstract: The rapid development of rural informatization level and the specialization of farmers’ professional level are the key to rural development. Taking the farmers in Jingchuan County of Gansu Province as the main research object,this paper focuses on the information situation, farmers’ literacy and farmers’ training and education needs of the local rural areas through questionnaire and field investigation, and mainly analyzes the problems existing in the education and training of local farmers in the process of transformation to professional farmers, At the same time, the paper gives some suggestions on the cultivation of new professional farmers.
