Citam-se as várias alterações vasculares nas moléstias hereditárias do tecido coinjuntivo. É relatado um caso de síndrome de Marfan associado a aneurisma intracavernoso da artéria carótida interna.

Vascular malformations in hereditary connective tissue diseases are reviewed. Intracavernous aneurysm of the internal carotid artery in a patient with Marfan's syndrome is reported.

RESUMO

Citam-se as várias alterações vasculares nas moléstias hereditárias do tecido coinjuntivo. É relatado um caso de síndrome de Marfan associado a aneurisma intracavernoso da artéria carótida interna.

SUMMARY

Vascular malformations in hereditary connective tissue diseases are reviewed. Intracavernous aneurysm of the internal carotid artery in a patient with Marfan's syndrome is reported.
