Se analiza el efecto que tiene sobre el ratón adulto el ser sometido a diferentes situaciones ambientales. Para ello se colocan ratones adultos en grupos de 12 en cajas que contienen rampas, pasarelas, pasadizos y objetos diversos, que se cambiaban de posición relativa varias veces por semana. Otros ratones se colocaron en grupos de 4 en cajas más pequenas y sin ninguno de estos objetos. Despues de estar 60 dias en estas condiciones se estúdio el comportamiento explorador de los ratones y su capacidad de aprendizaje de un laberinto complejo. Se observó una diferencia significativa entre los dos grupos de ratones ,tanto en su comportamiento explorador como en el tiempo empleado en resolver el laberinto y el número de ratones que lo resolvian en cada una de 10 pruebas sucesivas.


The effet that being subjected to different environmental situations has in the adult mouse is analysed. Adult mice are placed for that, in groups of twelve mice in cages that contains ramps, catwalks, passages, sleeping boxes and play objects, that were changed in their relative position several times in the week. Oth er mice were placed in groups of four mice in smaller boxes and without these objects. After 60 days in these conditions mice's exploratory behaviour and their learning ability in a complex maze were studied. A significant difference was observed between these two groups, as much in their exploratory behaviour as in the time spent on resolving maze, and the number of mice that resolved it in every one of ten sucesive trials.

RESUMEN

Se analiza el efecto que tiene sobre el ratón adulto el ser sometido a diferentes situaciones ambientales. Para ello se colocan ratones adultos en grupos de 12 en cajas que contienen rampas, pasarelas, pasadizos y objetos diversos, que se cambiaban de posición relativa varias veces por semana.
