이 연구의 목적은 청소년의 학업탄력성 증진을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 학업탄력성 프로그램은 타당하게 구성되었는가? 둘째, 청소년 학업탄력성 프로그램은 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 학업탄력성 전체 및 각 하위요인(열망, 문제해결력, 동료관계, 가족지지, 학업적 환경)을 증진시킬 수 있을 것인가? 이다. 청소년 학업탄력성 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 선행연구를 토대로 학업탄력성 개발모형을 구안하였다. 청소년 학업탄력성 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각 10명으로 무선할당하였으며, 매회기 50분간 11회기로 구성하였다. 연구결과를 분석하기 위하여 변량분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 연구문제별로 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 학업탄력성 프로그램은 타당한 개발모형에 따라 체계적이고 순환성을 보완하여 개발되었기에 그 타당성이 확보되었다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 청소년 학업탄력성 프로그램은 청소년 학업탄력성 전체 및 각 하위요인(열망, 문제해결력, 동료관계, 가족지지, 학업적 환경)에서 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 청소년들의 학업탄력성을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구의 시사점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a Academic Resilience Program for Youth and to examine its effects. To accomplish the study purpose, the following study questions were set; First, Will the Academic Resilience Program for Youth be constructed in a valid manner? Second, Will the Academic Resilience Program for Youth effectively increase the total scores and the sub-factors(aspiration, problem solving, peer relation, family support, academic enviroment) of academic resilience in the treatment group than those in the control group? In order to develop the Academic Resilience Program for Youth, Academic Resilience Program for Youth Development Model was developed, based on precedence research and literature research. In order to verify the effect of Academic Resilience Program for Youth which was developed in the present study, the subjects of the program were randomly alloted to training group and control group. Each group consisted of 10 students. Academic Resilience Program for Youth was made up of 11 sessions, 50 minutes per session. To address the research questions, a variance analysis was used. The finding of the study on the research questions were as follows: First, The Academic Resilience Program for Youth was constructed in a valid manner in order to improve the academic resilience of Youth.
