Ceramic Materials for High-Quality Dielectric Resonators of Microwave Range

Abstract

The dielectric properties of ceramic materials and dielectric resonators on the basis of oxides of Ba,Ti and alkaline earth elements, and also of the calcium titanate-lanthanum aluminate system, with ε =82 and ε =40...48, frequency temperature coefficient (TCf) from - 10ppm/°C to + 10ppm/°C have been studied. Ceramics with ε =82 ensures the DR Q-factor of 3000 and more at f=3GHz. The Q-factor of DR made of ceramics with ε=42, TCf =0 reaches 8000 at f=7GHz.
