Abstract

Now a days mergers and acquisition has become common occurrence. Many banks have been actively involved in mergers and acquisitions domestically as well as internationally. Merger and acquisition have a big impact on customersof merged banks. Level of customer satisfaction after mergers and an acquisition depends on so many other factors also. In the present study efforts have been made to explore level of customer satisfaction of four banksafter merger.
