| Abstrakt: | The subject matter of the paper is an analysis a Tax Ombudsman bill. The basic role of the Ombudsman is to protect taxpayer’s rights against violations, abuses of power and unfair decisions. The article shows the functions of the Tax Ombudsman and his legal characteristics. Furthermore, the paper describes the activity of the General Ombudsman in the field of taxpayer’s rights protection. |
