Abstract: Based on Sr18 fungi metabolites with significant nematicidal activity in 8 h,the effects of this extract were evaluated on the content of total protein, the enzyme activities of SOD,CAT,TCh E and ATP in 8 h.The results showed that in4 h,the content of total protein in the treatment group increased sharply to 0.544 2 mg/ml,significantly higher than that of the control group(0.429 1 mg/ml),indicating that Sr18 fungi metabolites were interfered with the nematode protein metabolism. In 8 h,the enzyme activities of SOD,CAT,TCh E and ATP of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group, indicating that Sr18 fungi metabolites had different effects on these four kinds of enzyme in the nematode. It will provide a theoretical basis for developing nematicides with microbial resources.
