Abstract: The inhibition effect of Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl.leaves extractive(JNLLE) on the corrosion of cold rolled steel(CRS) in H3PO4 media was studied by weight loss method.Effects of inhibitor concentration(20~200mg/L),temperature(20~50℃),immersion time(6~48h) and acid concentration(1.0~10.0 mol/L) on inhibition performance were discussed in detail. The results show that the inhibition efficiency of JNLLE for CRS in 1.0 mol/L H3PO4 increases with the inhibitor concentration and temperature. The adsorption of JNLLE on the CRS surface obeys Temkin adsorption isotherm.Inhibition efficiency increases the inhibitor concentration, then decreases, and reaches maximum value for 24h.Inhibition efficiency decreases with acid concentration, and then does not change remarkable when the acid concentration is higher than 6.0 mol/L.
