Abstract: Objective:To analyze the Current Status of Human Resources Structure of Hydrophobia Clinics in Yantai,and provide evidence for Human Resource Management for this field.Methods:To collect the data about Review the renewal in Hydrophobia Clinics in Yantai,and do some descriptive statistical analysis about the Basic situation of the staff in Hydrophobia Clinics,and difference Analysis about the diploma and title in different levels of medical institutions in 2013.Results:There were 178 Hydrophobia Clinics,1252 people in Yantai.There were 30 to 40years old of age in the majority,accounting for 43.0%;sex ratio of 0.76 :1,the average working duration of 5.55 years,average of 7.03 people in medical institution;the working years,degree structure,title structure had significant difference in different level medical institutions.Conclusion:The number of the staff,the education structure and the title structure remains to be further optimized,human resource construction should be further strengthened.
